The Green Innovation Hub is an open innovation ecosystem and incubator in Almere, created through a collaboration between the Municipality of Almere, the Province of Flevoland, and VodafoneZiggo. Located in the heart of the city, including in the “Floor” building, the Hub offers an inspiring location where companies, governments, educational institutions, and other organizations can meet.

The Challenge

Before working with Spotlezz, Kersvers faced several challenges:

The Green Innovation Hub is a dynamic place where entrepreneurs, students, and changemakers come together daily to build the city of tomorrow. Flexible workspaces constantly change users, and the general areas are in constant use.

The event space changes several times a week from a brainstorming location to an inspiration session or networking event. With this in mind, they were looking for a partner with short lines of communication, who can adapt to changing situations and aligns with the sustainable perspective of the initiative.

Spotlezz provides the daily cleaning of the flexible workspaces, the general areas, and the inspiration and event space of the Green Innovation Hub. Together with the events committee, we ensure that not only is the daily cleaning flawless, but also that every space is spotless again for the next activity after each event.
